Banger.show Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and platform banger.show (“Service”), operated byGlobal Noice Tech S.L., a company registered in Spain (NIF: B75778258), (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use banger.show. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Banger.show is a 3D visual creation and rendering tool that allows users to upload visual, audio, and 3D materials, preview them in the browser, and render final visuals either locally or in the cloud.
We provide the rendering and storage infrastructure only, you remain fully responsible for your own content, including rights to any assets you upload or incorporate.
3. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may log in using email or Google.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Subscriptions and payments
We offer paid subscription plans that provide access to rendering features:
- Monthly plan: USD $15 per month
- Annual plan: USD $89 per year
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard, which links directly to your Stripe billing portal.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A payment is confirmed once Stripe marks it as successful. Prices are listed in USD and may change; any price change will be announced in advance.
Refunds If you experience an issue with your subscription or believe a charge was made in error, you may request a refund via our support form. Refunds are handled individually at our discretion.
5. User content and owwnership
You retain all rights to the content you upload, including videos, images, 3D models, and audio. Uploading content to banger.show does not transfer any ownership to us.
By uploading or rendering content through the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including through CDN caching and temporary copies for performance optimization.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload or include in generated visuals, particularly for audio and music.
We disclaim any liability for copyright infringement arising from your use of third-party content.
6. Acceptable use and prohibited content
You agree not to use the Service to upload, generate, or distribute content that:
- Violates any law or third-party rights (including copyright and trademarks);
- Promotes violence, terrorism, discrimination, or hatred;
- Contains explicit or pornographic material intended to offend;
- Involves harassment, defamation, or invasion of privacy;
- Contains malware, spam, or other harmful code.
7. Exported videos and usage rights
You are solely responsible for the legal use of your exported videos and any assets contained within them.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time for maintenance, technical, or business reasons.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Noice Tech S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use or inability to use the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in unlawful activities. Termination does not affect any accrued payment obligations.
12. Modifications to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://banger.show/terms . The Terms become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
